Some one scammed me

she stole my account and everything... Her name: wolfmiss1976

she's claiming that she is leaving neopets and that she wants you to watch her pets. She sends you the password, than BAM! hahaha I was the first to make it in her account, but I was too excited and didn't change the email, so well, yeah... and of course me being the blonde that I am... changed her password to mine, then yup

well the PIN number was in the password.

aww i'm sorry but ya that is pretty bad. You should never make your accounts all the same pass. even though i do but those are just my abing accounts, so i don't care to much if i lose them.

I tend to make my passwords similar too, i'm a creature of habit. I'm working on it though

Sorry, hope you make a clean start again. I was scammed quite a few times too, but only about 300k or so.

 

wow it takes royal stupidity to without knowing give someone your password AND your PIN

 

I don't usually do stuff like this, which is why I remain scam free.
But sorry to hear about that.

 

I'm sorry you got scammed. But she should be reported anyway for giving away her account. You should've been suspicious from the beginning because she could've just pounded her pets and self froze. Next time someone says they're giving away their account, just say "Don't want your account, I just want your items" and if they say no they're scammers. I've only been scammed once when I overpayed collateral for an avatar item. but it wasn't much I could make it back in like 2 hours of gaming. But it still hurt. I hope you're able to get back on your feet.

I've never been scammed before. :lol: I'm too good... no one could ever guess my passwords, they're way too random and stupid XD But oy, that sucks. :cry:
