"all files" and you can load it.

or download riversoft video cleaner and then download the gif compatibility option and just do that.

i dont believe this board supports html so you can't put html in this. You can only use bbcode which is [] [/] tags. Sorry I don't think a flash sig is possible.

i think there may be a certian format you can use just upload it on photobucket and they have the bb codes there for you,but you will have to remake the video frame by frame

You want help huh? Devaintart is the place for help. You can look at other's work for inspiration and there are also many guides.

I don't do much with Macromedia Flash, so I can't help ya much there, for Photoshop CS2, you just import a video, its alot easier!

Yes, you can load a video on to flash. It just has to be a normal video file type. Also, it will lose some quality.

P.S. Macromedia flash is the most popular professional animation software available.

Just go with File, import, and to the library or to the canvas,
Flash 8 accepts MOV, AVI, ANY MPEG (MPG), DIGITAL VIDEO, OR WMA
    hope that helps,
I could make it for you if you want,
just send me the video and what you want it to have
