I just downloaded the free SSer but it isn't working. It says Component 'RICHTX32.OCX' or one of its dependenceis not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid Can someone help me out please? =\
You need to download and register the OCX files, they can be found here: downloads.php?d=260 For additional help, go here: program-discussion-f88/programs-common-problems-solutions-t28268.html
Well Im trying to do that right now but im getting confussed. I have to use the Library to install the OCX right?
So, first, you download the OCX Files Unzip them and extract to C:\Windows\System32 Then: Spoiler For WinXP or older: Start menu -> Select Run -> Type in: "regsvr32 *ocx name*.ocx" (without the quotes). For Vista or newer: Start menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Right-click CMD/Command Prompt, select Run as Administrator, Type in: "regsvr32 *ocx name*.ocx" (without the quotes). Popup should say "DllRegisterServer in *.ocx succeeded" *PSP*, you should replace the stuff inside ** with what it says.
Alright. so after I get all that done and it says "DllRegisterServer in *.ocx succeeded" It should be all ready to go? And Thank you for all the help btw =]
I'm still having issues getting my OCX files to work properly.. My question is here... post346182.html#p346182
Maybe compatibility issue ... or will that you did everything right? Why not try to uninstall and do it all again?
