Still looking for someone to make a guild layout for me!

    I've been trying for a long time to find someone to make a layout for me but everyone seems reluctant to do it - I've even tried offering cash or Neopoints, lol

    Anyway, if you're willing to help me out here I'll give you a pretty decent tip in legit NP or a few USD via paypal if you want. PM me for details on what I'm looking for, it's not terribly complicated.
