    has really alot of this gone to fraud and I havent heard it has helped at all

    I'd say tough to say but fact that the economy is starting to improve would suggest that it didn't hurt.

    Well, the problem is, somewhere around 80% of the money won't even be distributed until right before the elections in 2010. They passed it saying it would help our economy out right now, but everything in the bill wants to help out right before election time - the economy always recovers if the government gets out of the way
