Maybe it's like a random event and she'll pop up on the toolbad and
give yuo something nice...

 

It's easier if you actually have the toolbar, since then it will notify you when she's there. Of course, the toolbar sends them information about what you're doing, right? (<-is not sure about that part)

 

no, the toolbar does not spend the information of what your doing. That would be invading your privacy, would'nt it ?
