    I've gotten some good unbuyables from her before, but I find that button a pain in the butt and alot of times she's off in the warehouse. I don't even bother anymore.

    She's an Ixie who comes around a few times a day (usually) but you can only collect a prize once a day from her. Why she's never there when you click on it I don't know. It has to be your timing I suppose

    Well, if you have the neo toolbar theres this button that will flash if she's there. All you have to do is click on it when it starts flashing

    The neopets toolbar is almost never up to date with the newest version of firefox. It's rather annoying.
