So yesterday, the guy who set me up with the job was going to a party for a kid turning six. He stopped by the bakery and threw this together in 20 minutes or so:

He also made a Yoda cake but I didn't have enough time to take a picture of it unfortunately.
    Luckiest kid ever?

Well the cake was premade when he got there, so he cut it out correctly and made the decoration by marsipan 20 minutes. :p
The cake is a princess cake in case anyone was wondering ;)

Åh, det gjorde du inte? Men det gör vi. Väldigt ofta. ;)
And you've never tried the Prinsesstårta with marsipan and stuff? Do it if you go to Malmö anyday. Or stop by the bakery in Hornstull if you find yourself in Stockholm :p

Nooooo! You don't store a princess cake in the freezer, you have to eat it while it's fresh. Otherwise you'll mess it up :(
