    100 - 1 = 50x1 + 20x2 + 5x1 + 2x2
    50 - 1 = 20x2 + 5x1 + 2x2
    20 - 1 = 10x1 + 5x1 + 2x2
    10 - 1 = 5x1 + 2x2
    5 - 1 = 2x2
    2 - 1 = 1

Following these rules, the maximum amount of 1 dubloons that I see that you can get from a 100 piece is: 40.
My guess is that there has to be another way of breaking the dubloons than just buying the food. Can someone tell me what this way is?

yup, you sure explain it alot better than i do, lol

    good job.

i'm not a big fan of going into there thou, it so hard, and time consuming!

i'll try to get it, and see if there's another way.

I quote this somewhere, i forgot where now:

Getting in isnt so easy because only 100 people can enter at a time. (though more than that is shown when you try to get it).
The main reason why the Golden Dubloon is famous is because oncle you buy something for say 2 dubloons and pay for it a larger denomination say 10 dubloons, you get your change in smaller denominations. Now if you didnt know, 2 one dubloon coins are more profitable than a two dubloon coin.
I goa 100 Dubloon Coin from the auction for 100 k and broke it into one dubloon at the Golden Dubloon and sold 89 for 2750 NP. So total: 244750. Profit: 144750 NP.
Another thing about the Golden Dubloon is that if you buy something from each menu then you have a chance of taking your food to your inventory and being Gourmet Food, you can sell it for a good amount of NP or feed it to your pets.

I DONT THINK YOU CAN BREAK YOUR COIN WITHOUT SPENDING, YOU MUST

    There's something I don't understand...

How did you get 89 pieces of one dubloon if, when you use a 100 dubloon, it break into 1x50, 2x20, 4x2 and 1x1 (if you spend 1 dubloon out of 100) ?

    great guide!
    thank you soo much
and by the way MickaelH you question "How did you get 89 pieces of one dubloon if, when you use a 100 dubloon, it break into 1x50, 2x20, 4x2 and 1x1 (if you spend 1 dubloon out of 100) ?"
it is because it accually adds up to 99 not 89
    50+40+8+1 which equals 99

    That doesn't answer the question though. 89x1 is a lot more profit than 1x50, 2x20, 1x5, 2x2

Because 10 one dubloon coins are more expensive than 1 ten dubloon coin.
