There wasn't really a lot of fighting. And because of that the movie is getting some bad reviews, mainly because people are renting it thinking it's going to be like The House of Flying Daggers.

    And it isn't.

    But yea.. Some fighting.

Seriously? I think that movie is beautiful.

And such a nice story. Generally those types of movies have only somewhat decent story lines... That one was really good though. So sad.

I'm really weird but the more I watch it, the more little things I notice. They really took a lot of care making that film. If you watch the scenes with the soilders you'll notice that each one has a slightly different costume, and that even their horses all have different tack but in the same style. It's awesome. It must have been a lot more expensive to take the time to vary the different pieces, as opposed to just buying twenty of the same thing in bulk.

    I appriciate things like that...

    It's about Destiny.

A little girl, whose mother s deceased, makes a deal with a goddess. She's locked into a fate where she can not fall in love, but all men will want her and she will have beauty and power.

And the deal can not be broken unless certain ciscumstances come to pass.

And... Basically, that's the gist. But it gets a little complicated with some love triangles, and time travel...

The Chinese name is Wu Ji.

Yes, thats what I told my friends.

It's like a fairytale, or myth, brought to life.

100% agree he belongs in a circus or something lol. The all time best in any film no matter what anyone say it has to be Bruce Lee and since he passed away the next best thing is jet lei anything else dont compare to them :D

    I agree.

I'm a big Jet Li too, though... it just isn't the same.

for fighting yes jet lei is great =)

but jackie's ways of righting was really funny and uncommon... using chairs... playing around with ladders, doors and etc... but nowadays most films that he's in is more to comedy. hehe... unlike last time... police stories.. and etc.
