Yea it took FOREVER! I don't even remember how long... so long that I had just given up on it being returned. And then one day, BAM, email from neo saying it's been given back! :D

What's funny is I actually got a SECOND email from someone else saying, This is regarding your account blah blah but it looks like it's already been unfrozen so have a nice day. XD

I waited almost two months. And french support ticks me off to. They use a stupid auto reply. Don't even bother to help.

Try the spanish support. They will reply within two weeks. and they are very nice. :p

The thing is I don't have a ticket number...
I filled the form for a frozen account, clicked submit and received a "thanks, we'll send you an email" kind of message.

This is the GERMAN support for GERMAN users who are registered in GERMANY!
You are an American user registered in ********** and need to write to the English support. They will take excellent care of your issues. Thank you

    Somewhere, lah.
I practically submitted in English, Spanish, German AND Chinese.

It took me about a month, they unfroze my account before even emailing me that they unfroze it. Then I didn't have the new pw, and requested for it. And then I finally got it back :D
