So I got cookie grabbed about 2 weeks ago, and sent in a ticket. I can't check the progress, because I sent the ticket without logging into an account. The email from my account I don't have access to anymore, but I put my alternate email in the ticket form. I haven't received any news yet, so I'm wondering if they would send a ticket response to the email linked to the account, or the one linked to the form? Should I send another one, this time from a side account so I know where it is in progress?
I would say they email the one linked to the account /: I'd try send in from a side account if you still have access. But they are known to be very slow as you probably know D=
you would need to send in more information and also make your post more in a polite manner, As you know tnt sucks and they will not even bother to review your case if you submit your ticket with bad english
Okay. Thanks for the heads up. I don't play anymore, but my cookiegrabbed account has some nice things on it. Not in a huge rush. I might try sending it again from a side account in a while, they have a status update you can check if it's through a side account.

Nah, not looking to start up again. Just wanting that particular account back. Doubt it was offsite. I don't even play much these days. The only thing I did that sprung to mind was going through trophy winners in a particular game. I'm thinking one of those winners had a CGer on their page. Either that, or the fact that I was number one in that game (legitly) somebody did something to get in.
I was talking to somebody on neo the other day, they used to zap pets and pound them to people on the boards. They got hacked/Cracked/whatever. It seems as though the more attention you draw to yourself, the more likely you are up be hacked. I know munsterpoo got hacked last week, and garet_jaxx was hacked a couple of days ago. There must be a new security problem somewhere

I guess it's a good thing I'm not into neopets very much anymore (haven't played since the loss of the account). It'd be nice to get the account back, but it's not the end of the world.
I sent a ticket Dec 31 and got a response Jan 17. But I also sent a ticket Dec 17 for another account and haven't heard back from them yet.
Did you click the option that says something like "email when response available" or something like that? If you did, you should get an email when they answer the ticket

I believe they should have to email you...otherwise there's no way for them to reach you. People(NC mall users) have waited like 5 months and still no response. I don't have any personal experience to share with you about wait times though, I've never had to send in many tickets before / they were trivial things that were answered pretty quickly...=/ Good luck though, I think TNT has been doing a better job recently than in the past year or so.
