Proof that TNT doesn't bother to read our emails because they are fat asses eating chilli fries all day.
My account was frozened for cheating on flash games and I actually didn't. Well I did a month ago and NOW they freeze me? None of them were review scores. It's just like 2 avs.

Either way that's not my point. The point is, I included that not to send me an automated message.

    Well..surprise surprise..they did

they always send automated messages... they receive many of those wrongfully frozen forms an hour.. its almost impossible to respond to all of them manually..

Chances of getting your account back are so low that I don't even bother with the forms...even if it was a for a ridiculous reason

sometimes if you spam them with like 5 report forms about your account you'll get a reply

I'm not sure why so many of you just receive automated messages or whatever. I never have when I've sent in Emails, it's always been a 'real' reply.

I think what it is when you send in a form is the person who reads your Email chooses from a preset template of Emails that's closest to whatever your message was and then sends it as a reply.

I haven't got any mails other than "auction mails" since i started to play neopets.
And im pretty sure i do NOT want any :yup:

Maybe sometimes they get busy eating donuts and set the programs sending automated messages.
I wonder if they really know what cheat means

They probably do get a ton of requests to unfreeze, but if they have the time to freeze... why not unfreeze? I mean they ARE a support staff. Alot of people have valid claims, like me :p Oh well!

TNT has frozen me FOUR TIMES for doing absolutly nothing. After the fourth I decided to start using programs to make back my lost money. Haven't been frozen yet :maha:

Maybe that's the trick. They freeze you if you start out legit and turn chortzy, and they freeze you if you start out chortzy and stay that way. Best way to do it, Get a couple of accounts frozen by playing legitimately, and when they least expect it; Start Cheating!!!

(The above is 100% joke material - take it seriously at your own risk)

    Sweetie pie,

You actually DO have a good chance of getting your account back if it's been frozen for flash game cheating.

The only reason you can't get out of is if you're frozen for autobuying.

Perhaps email a neo staff member.
I have some emails if you want. PM me.

That whole you usually get your account back if you're Premium is BS. I've had two accounts of mine, both Premium, frozen. One was for cheating on flash games and the other for using more than one account to gain Nps. Neither of them were ever returned.

Phone them direct via the prem number, explain and you stand a better chance...

Unless you CLEARLY cheated in which case you shouldn't have your account back

That might stand true for USA. I called international tech support from Canada and the guy was all "Nope, sorry, can't help. We don't know anything bout the servers. We just sell / answer questions bout premium."
