Thanks! It turned out excellent! I posted a quick video tour so that you all can let me know what your ideas helped create.. In the video: Starts off with my circa 1900 doorknob and lock/skeleton key on my door and then on to the circa 1880 French bed with my blacklights on it. On either side of my bed are two display cases.. One filled with my key collection and the other with my locks, nicely displayed insteada individually nailed to the walls like before. I also zoomed in on the 5 speakers That I spent all of today concealing all of the wires. On the back table I have a circa 1942 radio and atop my desk (circa 1890 england) I have an ornate rotary dial phone (dates unknown) and a circa 1920 underwood typewriter. I also have a copy/print/fax machine with all my wirage condensed into the corner of my room. I had to take out the blacklights and put in the old lights in order to get enough lighting for this video, and i just but them back in, with those in actually its funny cuz the wires that run from all the speakers are totally visible under blacklight, but not really without. Lol. I was also nice enough to show you guys the secret stash in my desk (pull out the fake drawers and under that is a compartment for valuables (and other things ) Thanks again! heres the video link: http://s231.photobucket.com/player.swf? ... &os=1&ap=1
Wow Adam, looks nice B) But it looks a bit dark in the video, though that's probably the camera. I don't like the color of the walls, but that's just me. And the computer/wires just stick out in the midst of all that antique-ness
The walls are actually not that color, my fone video camera is really dark indoors ther actually blue lol.. And about the wires nothing can be done. Already had 2 parties, invisible ink (just highlighters lol) , you can write all over urself and it duzent show up (good party fun lol)
