    tonus can be freely created whenever the giant omelette in tyrannia runs out.

    and that is not always true b/c the omelette is not out right now.

    hmm.. odd. a few people told me that, i personally tried it myself and i did manage to get a tonu once it ran out.

    maybe they are released randomly as well, in addition to the omelette thing?

    I have tried a many times when the omelette was out and it never worked for me.
