    Well, there is a forum specifically for this kind of thing. You need to be level one to access it (The Blackmarket) and I do believe it is preferred if all buying/selling/trading is done there.
    It's not that hard to get 40 posts to get to level one, and with a little patience and responsibility you can do it without people hating you.
