Introduction: When you want a pet in Verpets, found at http://www.verpets.com, they have developed a unique way of exploring for your pet. II. Exploring: First go to the link http://verpets.com/explore.php. You should see something like this on your screen. As you can see there are 5 unique areas in which you can explore. The areas are the Cave, Mountain, Field, Forest, and Ocean. Each of these areas in further subdivided into 2 or 3 more areas in which you can explore. As you explore there are two things that may happen. First you could find nothing and you will receive a message that looks something like this. The other option is that you could find a random pet. Pets that you explore for come in four colors. The colors are Red, Yellow, Green, and Blue. You will see a message that looks something like this. Now that you have found a pet you have two options. You will see the message: "Would you like to keep this pet?" and the options "Yes" and "No". Option 1 - No: Hitting "No" will bring up a confirmation screen like this. Selecting the option "Yes" on the confirmation screen and then clicking "Send Back To The Wild!" will release the pet. Option 2 - Yes Hitting "Yes" will bring up a screen for you to enter your information about your pet. You will need to name your pet, choose its gender (Male or Female), and then choose where to put it (Main Pets or Your Shelter). You may then click "Finalize Pet!" or if you came to this screen accidentally simply hit "Release Pet!" and you will go to the confirmation screen as if you had done Option 1. III. Pets Listed By Location: Pets will be listed alphabetically in the area the are found. The spoilers contain pictures of the pet in the four basic colors of Red, Yellow, Green, and Blue. Furthermore, I have yet to find out why they are subdivided because it seems you have the same odds of getting the same pets.
