The owner and staff actually care about the players. If you're a person who likes to pay USD to get what you want, then you can, and it's perfectly legal. If you're the type of person who likes to work for what you've got, then you can buy the same things as those who pay USD! There are no forum filters. You can say what you want (barring a few things, such as extremely racist remarks and graphic sex) and post what you want (but porn). It's a rather small community of great people.
