I'm bored and figured I should start a war with a nearby college dorm house just for the sake of having something to do. I'm heading out to buy some fermented Baltic herring to plant in their ventilation later today, but I want some tips on how to make this a full blown war and how to prepare for their counter attacks and what the next prank shoud be. Any tips, no matter how insane they might sound (unless they're actually harmful or will cause permanent damage to the building) will be strongly considered. You are my strategical advisors, put on some Wagner and help me cook up a nasty plan. Blueprints can be obtained if needed.
I have no doubt this was how the Virginia Tech incident was started :$ Alas, here's some guidance: Get a 1L or 2L bottle of milk, and some chlorine (pool chlorine; they sell them in tubs of powder generally). They should both be available from a local super market, and should be (relatively) inexpensive.. Empty out a bit of the milk, and whack a funnel in the end of the bottle (a wide funnel - you'll be passing the chlorine powder through it) - wear some form of eye and respiratory protection while doing this so the chlorine doesn't fuck you up. Dump the chlorine into the funnel and get it in the milk, and then seal the milk bottle quickly.. and throw it somewhere or place it somewhere. But don't place it where people will be - 'cause that stuff burns if it gets on you. It'll explode, and stain/burn everything in its wake. GF.
