What do you think of my water effect background?

Is it suppose to be underwater, looking up.

It looks really good, were you aiming for that, or were you just messing around with blues, and used the glass (I think that's it?) filter?

Either way, it looks pretty nice, maybe put some strings of light coming from where the sun is :)

It's the plastic wrap filter, right?

It looks like he used glass or ocean ripple, to me, but plastic wrap could be in there, too.

    You're all wrong :D

I was aiming for underwater view. I used the Chrome filter overlaying a lens flare :p

    PLus an extra fill layer.

    Yeah, chrome seems right.

    Hmm, looks nice either way.

I just found a really cool tree, cropped the part I wanted to use, changed the color of the leaves, added a brightness/contrast layer, upped the contrast a bit, quick selected the leaves, applied an ocean ripple to it (don't remember the settings I used), and then added scan lines.
