Weird Problem...

    Okay so I try logging into my account.

    Wrong Password.

    NO ITS NOT!

    I try again.. same thing. I enter correct BDay etc, enter correct password.

    STILL SAYS ITS WRONG!

    I eventually lock myself out.. So I decide to request my password. Check email.. sure enough, i wasn't doing it wrong.

    Try again.... STILL SAYING WRONG PASSWORD!

    This is logging in via Firefox. I can log in using AU fine... So I know my password is correct o_O

    Anyone else has an issue like this before?

    Maybe something's off with your keyboard? Caps lock or something? :/

    Also, try copy and pasting the password you get from the email into the neo login. Maybe that will fix it?

    think u might be ip banned

    it shows up as wrong pw even if its right

    u have to log in somewhere else and then not log out

    Oh.. LMFAO I've never been IP banned... I was like WTF o.o - Strange how it still works with AU though o_O?

    If its not IP banned you can try logging in using a different browser, like IE or google chrome.
