    basic colours and christmas are probably the cheapest

    Stone is cheap as well.

    I don't think Biscuit is retired...so what if it's retired? xD

    Isn't Baby still pretty cheap (600k)? I used to use them to transfer NP or for trades.

    Stone is cheap. But cheap because you can't actually use it. Similar to the Stone Lupe Morphing Potion that was getting around about a year ago. Only gallery items.

    You can still use 'some' retired PBs. Faerie Paint Brush is retired, but can still be used (and can also still be obtained via Fruit Machine)

    The ones that are buyable. So Christmas, glowing, biscuit, basic colors, Starry paint brush, there's other ones. It's been like a year or so, but those ones seem to still be cheap.

    There all cheap now ... there's only like 4-5 pbs that are high priced

    Glass is another one that can't be used. Glass and Stone.
    They were sort of redone into Ice and Relic.

    I finally painted it & the stupid thing got a random event so it was only painted for one day & went totally invisible. I was so mad.
