I use MP3 rocket and i find it really good with the option of listening to radio, playing flash games, watching TV, and even going on the web Edit : those are all media downloaders, for those who wanted to know
I don't use any. I use demonoid if I want a sound track and google if I just want a song. My sister uses MP3 Rocket though.
I think a few of thos are actually sub parent company owned by the same people, that would also explain why they advertise each other...
You know you could just easily get songs ripped right off of YouTube. At least, that's what I do. I just get some simple programs and tah-dah!
Not using any at the moment but mp3 rocket has had good reviews from friends and family so that was the next on my list to try. Won't vote where I don't use any at the moment but the last one I did use was lime wire.
none torrents ftw Azureus (not Vuze >__< ) is awesome...after you get it working properly =P I've heard demonoid's pretty good but I'm too lazy to search demonoid when there torrentz
^ Azureus and Vuze had too much junk in the user interface. I kepted it for a long time simply because of looks, but I got really sick of the junk and crap on the homepage and all the msges that pops up telling you to sign up and crap. So I switched to uTorrent. I use, free music zilla to rip music and videos, sometimes google and esnips to download stuff I want, and I use winamp to listen to music. I don't use torrents to download music except for game OSTs and stuff that's quite large and slow for direct download.
old azureus <3 none of that crap it was a lot like utorrent is now but with a lot more user options/control so you can basically customize your downloads however
I still like uTorrent Simple interface and takes up little space. Usually I'll download music from Megaupload though. Premium FTW!
I use a cracked version of limewire pro. Quite laggy so I just google the song and download it from a random site.
If you're looking for an album you can't possibly look for all the tracks on youtube and download them one by one right ._. Thats just a waste of time lol.
Oh, actually, I also use emp3world. It's fast, free music http://www.emp3world.com I'm pretty sure it's legal...it's now my favorite :yup:
A long time ago I wrote a script to do all that for you. Just input the song titles and it'll rip the audio off the first video in the search. Alternatively you could input the URLs for all the songs. But yeah, I have long stopped pirating stuff. I can get all the software I need from the open-source community. I buy all my music to support the artists
I guess I use iTunes, but I am still getting used to it, I am not big on my iPod yet, cause I just got it!
