you could get the neopets tool bar that has the alert for tarla (meaning that when it flashes, she may be giving an item away) or you can wait till people post the link on the neoboards

Tarla is an ixi that giveaways items to neopians everyday for a bit time.

You can know when if you have the toolbar it will start to shine.

She can give great items like lab map pieces or 100 doubloon coins o.o

some people hate that ixi, but i love it

the toolbar usually goes off every time you log in, but you never actually get anything unless you get it at the right time.

 

i don't like her one bit she gave my two bros a 12000np petpet and she gave me zip it's just not right what they need to do is a set time that way no one could be done wrong neopets do this stuff just to make us mad. im not trying to be rude but it just get's to me some times.
