I don't know what to say..and I am speechless..I AB'd a 16k book last week, the ONLY thing I bought and I only ran AB for 10 mins, and stopped cheating for 7 months...what are the chances of getting the account back now...sigh..

Fxck yes I will try. There have literally been NO activity on this for MONTHS. I didn't make it to 9 months by JUST a fluke.
it has been frozen for the owner's protection - Send in a report with account details. Be very detailed about it to prove that the account has been yours since the creation of the account and you should get it back.
I thought the "its been frozen for the owner's protection" was odd too o_0 Ive learned you have to be VERY VERY detailed when trying to get your account back Ive got the same items equipped on ALL the pets i have, along with a match to that item in my SDB. I also have my SDB list wrote down (dont have much lol) Try to keep count of my last 10 avies Stuff like that really seems to help.
Oh yes. My accounts who are legit have been iced for LAME reasons too. "Attempting to scam others" "Suspicious activity"
Err at TNT What could the 'potentially suspicious activity on this username' be? How do they judge such things? I think TNT is being overly paranoid...

My main account that was totally legit was iced for buying and selling neopoints? haha! I think not! but I tried to get my account back and I got a no... so then I emailed 5 TNT members directly and they were all like sorry but we can not verify that the account is yours... OMG CHECK THE EFFING EMAIL!!!!
Fair chance you'll get it back from that kind of freezing. They didnt ice you for breaking rules, they froze it to "protect" it. Just send in the auto form and if that doesnt work, email these addresses. Aww... that's harsh. I know that the whole "protecting your account" reason was the reason they used when they froze the big-name players during the whole cookie-grabbing scare. Most of them got it back, though. PS, I've found Emily to be the nicest when trying to get an account back. She actually gave me a response rather than the automated crap ;D
If the account has been inactive for several months and suddenly has activity Neopets assumes that someone has been brute forcing random accounts and found yours. AS has been said, a simple email to support should get it back when you verify it is yours.
I repeat, that's what people always tell me when I ask. Honestly, the few times I've tried to go through the system to get an account back, I've had Charlotte twice (automated stuff once, then an angry "You've already been told you're not getting your account back" the second time), and Emily once. ("You should have access to your account now. ", with the smiley face.)
^ Charlotte was a beeyatch to me too. I get her ALL THE TIME for some reason.. But yeah if at the end of a form just type "I do not want automated messages" and they send more of a human message to you, possibly something really nonconstructive and it still doesn't really prove they tried to fix your problem.
