Whats the deal with usukicon Y9 and Y10 gift bags?

    is y9 expected to retire? how do you get Y10s? should I add Y10s to my igloo list? Ive been holding 3 Y9s for a while... Tell me all you know ! :p :p

    . Y9: can be bought at Igloo, I don't think you can know when these bag will be retired ;)
    . Y10: add them to Igloo list! Got 15 of them until now from Igloo ;)

    Yes, both bags are UB (as far as I remember)... Just buy the Igloo ABer and try to restock one

    Maybe its been answered already but I cant find it.
    What is the freeze rate witt the Igloo AB without messing around with proxies and what not? Is that even needed anymore? Its been so long since Ive used any programs.
