I have a question. I recently got frozen (it said for my own protection) and I'm fighting for my account back. (I didn't cheat or anything. The only thing I MAY have done is have more than 5 accounts. But I'm not sure. xP Never felt like counting.) I gave them the birthdate I'm 99% sure I entered (my real one). However, when I look on my neofriend list on my side account, it has ACCOUNT FROZEN for my main and 17 as the age. But, I"m still 16. When frozen, do they mess with the age shown to neofriends? I have used the birthdate to log in when I've had to verify that it was me, and it has worked with my birthdate. Yeah... Could someone help me?

This is the question. It got lost in the block of text. So I retyped it.
When frozen, do they mess with the age shown to neofriends?
    Thanks~!

from what i know, they don't..

but if u ever did logged in your account using the same bday that u gave them, they will probably accept that bday..

I don't think they will change it. I don't see the point of them doing so as well. They freeze accounts for the owners' protection (usually when they suspect that they have been hacked into) so that the owners can get them back, and there isn't much point to that if they change the birthdate on purpose!

I'd suggest to provide as much information about your account (and yourself) as possible when submitting the request for your account to be unfrozen. Then tell them about your thoughts on your birthdate. Perhaps you entered the wrong year when signing up? Regardless, just send them as much information about your account and yourself as possible; I think that would be more than enough to prove that you are the real owner of the account. And chances are they'll close one eye to the 'wrong' birthdate, especially when you alert them about it. At least they'll know that you know that it's wrong, rather than have them doubting your credibility by not saying anything about the 'wrong' birthdate. :)

And. Don't mention anything about the more-than-five-accounts thing. If they had frozen you for this, they won't say that it's 'for the owner's protection'. So, chances are, they didn't freeze you because of that.

I come from a land down under! (Maaaate!)
Bad News: Thats the reason they gave me for my side getting iced.

Once I got a response, it was for cheating on a side to make money... (Aka, using side account to make NP's.. my main was fine though)

Don't want to burst your bubble but I wouldn't be expecting it back.

Okay, thank you so much for the replies <3 I'm just hoping for the best at this point. I had sent in the form, and then the person helping replied back with "What is the correct birthdate on this account?" So... I answered with what I thought I put. Then I started freaking out. Dx
