Where do you type in all these codes to start a program?

    Don't you have to download a program, that you type it into? I have no idea :?

    my dad says he know some basics to programming and hes going to download this program for my that sort of teaches me how to rpogram using different languages

    If you're learning visual basic 6, you should download vb6 (I don't know where but I think pankirk had/has a link) or visual basic 2005 (if you're learning vb.net) <-- visual basic .net 2005 express edition can be downloaded from the microsoft website for free :]
