Which animation program is best?

    I was wondering what animation program I should get, I head Animation shop by Corel was good, but I believe that costs money. So I wondered what the best animation program was :)

    I use image ready by adobe for my animation, you can get it for free somewhere on these forums, lol, don't know if it's the best or not though

    Yeah imageready is the only really good one out there, and if you look you can get it cheap if ya know what I mean ;D

    I have image ready too just because it come with CS. But if there a program that you would like to have..maybe I could get it for you...of course it would be free :p

    wow, i wish i knew that there were these programs for animation, last year for my animation class we used these crappy programs where it was like paint and we had to draw 1 frame at a time omg so annoying

    i use jasc animation shop 3 xD it came with my psp 9 which i got like 2 years ago

    Anyway, the single best animation program is Macromeda Flash MX 2004 Pro at the moment. Google it. Download it at

    (the trial). Thanks to a bug they have, even if you just put in an old serial, the program accepts it as registered, but it brings an error in registration on your online web browser, but the program works fine. Too bad you don't use serials and stuff.

    winGraphic is the easiest to use, and it' pretty efective.

    I used to use Jasc gif animator to make those smileys. I was pretty god damned good too.

    i use animation master . it lets you create models textures animations, everything . but its not free

    Bah. Macromedia flash makes 95% of all animations on the web. Newgrounds.com, stickpage.com, miniclip.com. They are all made with macromedia flash!

    Flash is mainly ment for interactive media and video.

    The average web user looking to "animate" something is generally looking for a GIF animator.
