In my opinion Ovechkin is the clear winner. He is the best player in the league right now and it shouldn't matter whether the Caps make the play offs or not I mean he is going to end up scoring 60+ goals that has MVP written all over it and I don't think it matters what Malkin has done. Your opinion please.
That's a toss up. Ovechkin will win the Maurice 'Rocket' Richard Trophy, but as for MVP, I really don't know. I hate Crosby, his whole attitude is that of a whiny bit.....oh... errr.. Ovechkin is more down to earth, fun and caring. Ovechkin deserves it, but there are plenty of players in the NHL who also deserve MVP. I'm from western Canada, so I don't much see too many american teams play, however some I would nominate for MVP: Lacavalier Ovechkin Iginla Sakic. We'll see though, it's anyone's game =)
I don't like crosby either but i think he deserves it forsure...these last 2 seasons of him have been unbelievable, he's turned the penguins from worst in the league to a playoff team.. Toronto Maple Leafs fan here though<< even though they are currently sucking at the moment
its a close tie between Crosby and Ovechkin but i have to give it to Ovechkin because he is just awesome. not only can he score goals he is a good all around player that can hit pretty hard when he wants to. EDIT: Please do not gravedig -topic locked- -chelsea1
