Why can't I make accounts on proxies

It comes up with that loading.... Bla bla bla and never loads

 

Ehm. Maybe try different proxies ? Where did you get them? Are you using foxyproxy or what? A program? Please do elaborate.

 

A lot of proxies don't let you make accounts. Idk why, but I've had this problem in the past. You should try another proxy.

 

Depends on the proxies, sometimes you can't use them on neopets, or they are too slow, not working.. etc. Try finding another proxy or use another proxy site

 

Try using a different proxies because some are really laggy and some just will not make accounts...

 

Not just that, some proxy's don't support that kind of web activity. They don't like programs/neo.

First, obtain a list of proxies from sites such as the following:

http://www.freeproxylists.com/elite.html
http://www.xroxy.com/proxylist.htm
http://eliteproxy.blogspot.com/
http://proxies.my-proxy.com/

Then, follow the guide and test the list of proxies using Elite Proxy Switcher in order to find usable proxies.

Then I'm not sure what else you can do besides choosing proxies with a shorter delay time (no longer than 2 seconds).

I think is called Baccano..? I never watched it before though, I just liked this picture so I used it xDD

 

There's no sure way of finding a working proxy, just keep trying and eventually you will get one that allows you to create an account. Previously, before i found a working one, most of the proxies turn up with some javascript error or something.
