Why haven't...

Why haven't paint brushes that used to be really good like plushie and grey paint brushes deflated in price? Given the fact that the new plushie and grey pets look idiotic, I wouldn't have guessed that the paint brushes would still be so expensive.

What's your take? and Do you like the new "converted" plushie and grey pets?

 

Grey paint brushes haven't deflated because you can still get an avatar from it. And, some people might still like the new plushie pets, which is why those haven't deflated yet. In my opinion, although I do prefer the old plushie pets, I don't hate the new ones. New plushie neopets are still better than a lot of the other colors.

 

Kangaroo is right about the Grey thing, that's why the Pink PB is also still expensive even though it's not a popular color. The Plushie PB probably won't deflate because it's a color that you can't get from the lab, which makes it rarer to have.

 

Its annoys me that alot of the PBs have deflated, for example good p/b's like Tyrannian are now worthless yet Desert have gone through the roof!, i have 47 starry p/b's i bought for 99k each when tarla gave them out still got them

 

Most of them have actually deflated. Grey used to be around 8m....

 

It's actually pretty simple... Since conversion, the colors that give out clothing have all skyrocketed. People want to dress up their pets, and there is a lack of clothing you can buy for neopoints, so they get the paint brush clothing. That's why desert, halloween, pirate and even island brushes have gone up in price. Imagine the cost of a royal paint brush if the tower stopped selling them :O

You can get plushie from the lab?

 

Lab Ray can't change your pet to Plushie, Baby, Usuki, Quiguki, Royal, or Pirate.

 

I personally prefer UC Plushies.
They look so 'plushie'! xD
converted plushies doesn't look like plushie..

 

I think they are both still very high in price. Grey Paint Brushes = grey avatar and plushie paint brushes= well they just look cute, I think.

I think the unconverted pets (whether they be grey or plushie) are much better than the converted ones. ^^

 

When Royal PB's retire they will surely bounce to 5m. Easily!

 

I'm so happy Royal is a hidden tower item, as it's absolutely my favourite colour. It would go up obscenely if it got retired. I think it deserves to be the most expensive paint brush, although I'm very glad it isn't
