Wonder why you get frozen again after you change ur ip

    Well its really weird but

    even know u cleared everthing tnt can still track you by ur ip address well its because they have a log if u changed ur ip or not they can tell if u changed it in the last 24hours.

    Thats what i think so just wait 24hours and u should be fine its been working for me so far unless u want to use

    lolneofriend - there's another topic going that says you not only change your IP address but also clear your cookies.

    Last time I looked, neopets was setting a cookie that actually expired in one month.

    They can track you a number of ways...

    Account
    IP's used by that account
    Number of Accounts using that IP address

    If you change IP, just make sure you also clear your cookies, and don't use the same IP address for multiple accounts.

    Keep records... that helps!
