WTF? Beeping Sound o_O

    When I got on Neo, I got a beeping sound...interesting :(

    It kept beeping until I closed the tab...guess it's a really bad thing :p

    Probably just a flash banner ad on Neo. I get them all the time on other sites. You might want to install the no-ad GM script by Ricky, one of the most downloaded neopets scripts on userscripts.

    Doesn't the FF add-on AdBlock Plus get rid of the neobanners as well?

    It does... selectively. It's difficult to get it to target all of them. It also leaves a blank grey space where the ad SHOULD be, while the GM Script bumps up your topbanner with Username NP NC etc all the way to the top of the page.

    ?? Really? I don't think I've seen any ads that have gotten past the filter...also, there is no grey space for me and the topbanner with username, np, NC, etc is at the top of the page...

    That happened to me one time, but it was just from an ad.
    It ended when i navigated away from the page.
