    if you've ever traded account/sold accouts to/with someone then your ip address sticks with that account, so if the person who had your old account cheated all acocounts on your ip are frozen. not sure that's what you did, but thought it might help. sorry for the ice =/

    That's true, TNT chain freezes all the time. That's why you have to watch out for the accounts you are linked to when trading.

    just send in a frozen account support form. if you were really frozen for no reason, you should be able to get your account back.
