I have this game. It is excellent, but I have had some issues with it erroring and causing my XBox360 problems while booting up with this cd inside.
More so to Halo 2, although I've layed the control down for awhile now due to the amount of modding. I mod myself, but not online, since it's pretty much pointless and not worth a permanent ban for 3 hours of stupidness.
Thatws why i sold mine, after my xbox got stuck 4 times in a row, and the red lights were burning i was like. okay wtf goodbye microsoft.
I think I'm going to take my XBox 360 back. I haven't even had it a month and this disk read error is showing up on more than just the Gears of War game now. /sigh How inconvenient. But I still like the games.......
im in love with that game my mate has got it and so that we can get many different games on our gamertags we buy diff games from each other and playing it on xbox live is fantastic, with the problem occuring it seems that its happining to all the newer ones ive had mine since its release date and i havent had any problems.
yeah i got my 360 when it was first released and i havent had any problems at all, but if any of you are interested in challenging me, send me a pm asking for my g-tag
Actually microsoft confirmes games like saints row and gears of war can destroy your xbox. they told you can send it back to them and theyll fix it in 3-4 weeks xD
i cant stop playing....haha it's such a gorgeous game!!! still kinda new to the live scene though so im low on friends =P
There can be no shame for being "hopelessly addicted" to this game, as it was ranked only under FFXII and Twilight Princess in the Game Informer, which both FFXII and Twilight Princess are one player, so at least for a multi-online, Gears of War is the best (as of 2006).
