Yet another question.

Alright for my third question for neopets, there has been an issue with coding. Is there any way to get past it? Stuff like layouts, and graphics. I've heard tons of things but i thought it'd be best to ask you ppl. Anyone who can give me the right way i will give them +rep (because im in dire need of my guild layout to work) HELP ME!! :O
