Thanks for the welcome Question about the download system - has there ever been an instance where there was a large update to a program, and you had to pay for it again to get the update? I'd suspect (and hope) no, but I'd like to make sure.
Well if you download an program and it doesn't work, you'll get a refund. If you download a program, and say they release a new version of it with better features, you'd have to download that again.
