Well, here's the email I got from their "investigation". I was sleeping during the time they claim I bought stuff. That's what I asked them to show proof for.. And yes.. Ive been a member here since 2007... But I have no blackmarket posts in 2007..... Nor Have I done any buying of neopoints except from drdd10 in july of 08. And the account he sent me it on is not the one they listed in the investigation. I swear out of the past year or so, Ive gotten like 4 or 5 different claims of why I was frozen.... And Im pretty sure june of 08 was the sql attack? if it wasn't it was a cg problem. because I clicked on a link not thinking twice and got logged out 20 minutes later....lol

Sending to Viacom doesn't work (anymore). They just forward the message to Neopets, then neopets in return sends you a message via email saying that you need to fill out a ticket. That was my recent experience anyway.
^^Aye - well, once someone posts in this forum 'This is how to get your account back', it's very shortly afterwards NOT going to be a good way to get your account back. The BBB and Viacom were good resources for honest players who were wronged. But this is a CHEATING website. How many people here do you really think have their accounts frozen unfairly? Really? So 2000304 people whose accounts were frozen for completely valid reasons contact this great resource to try to run game on them, and before long it's ruined for everyone.
