OMG, that's just unbelievable. I understand that it wasn't intentional, but it's still unexcusable. the mother new the baby was in the car. and NEVER should have left her alone.... even if the husband was only a couple blocks away. She IS resonsible for the baby's death. she should not have left it alone period !!! what if the car had been stolen with the baby in the back, or another car hit it or what ever ? Sad, yes, and I feel sorry for her, but she should be charged !

the mother is a doctor? is she the one who left the kid in there?
that's disgusting, some people should simply not have children. it wouldn't take that much more effort to simply take the baby with you.

What happened wasn't a crime. It was an accident. Unless you are accusing the mother of leaving her baby in the car on "accident"

Another meaningless death to such a young baby, though it was an accident there is no excuse for it.

if you think about it the other way if your extreeamly busy and in a hurray you would forget things, even a poor baby. its like forgetting your keys or id, you know its important but the sress of things get to you, i for one feel sorry for the parents as well instead of flaming at them cuz you think their irresponsible people. if you wanna blame someone blame society.

Haha, well I'd like to think that your keys and your baby would have varying levels of importance to you... but I do feel sorry for the parents.

Oh my God. It really pains me when I hear things like this. I just don't understand how a parent could not wonder about their child every ten minutes. How could you just forget your baby is locked inside a car.

The parents really should have been charged. What's worse is that they were both in the medical field. You'd think they would haev at least some sort of awareness. Obviously not :(

I don't think they should be charged as it was just a horrible mistake.. but it's scary how this isn't exactly a rare occurrence according to the article. We stress too much in our lives on unimportant menial tasks, and this is just another example of what can happen. It's sad, but that's what we've become.
