Most of ISP gives you dynamic IPs, and most of professional sites track you using IP and MacAdress, that's how your ISP know u're their customer, and that's how some sites know u're a banned person that changed your IP.

its called a dynamic ip adress. everytime you reboot your server your ip adress changes, this is similar to me so if i log into a shell account to abuy i reboot my server to change my ip adress and they cannot track me

I wouldn't suggest logging into anything that lacks HTTPS (such as Neopets) using free public wifi.

Wish that happened with my IP address, it always the same.
Have to go through the trouble of using a proxy everytime. OTL

You can pay for a static IP, but most ISP don't even provide the option, sadly.

As people who seek anonymity, we don't even want a static IP in the first place.

Does it cost anything to request a dynamic IP from most ISPs? I don't like manually changing it.
