    once i get 250 points, can i use the main shop ABer?
    i dont have to be like level I or II do i?

    sorry im new.
    and do you know the average ice rate?

    Unless you manage to get some super reward from expon, it's logical that you wil hafto get to level 1 (125 posts) to get to your 250 points...
