Softball, you say that it's a baby and therefore should not be killed.
May I ask you then; Do you belive it to be cruel to take an animal's life?
If not; What is it that separates humans from animals? Is it selfreflection? Or the ability to make ethical decisions? Or something else?

 

ya, humans can make moral decisions and are smarter and all that

but a baby is still a baby even though it's a human
so the baby can't make moral decisions nor is it smarter
than like an animal... so killing a baby is just like killing a pig

 

I found your response to be a bit confusing, what do you mean when you say "from the moment it is made". Are you referring to the zygote? Which stage? etc.

 

It depends on the situation, if the woman was raped then it should be allowed, but if it's two people that chose not to use protect it is their own fault and will have to face the consciences.

 

I agree to some point if the baby isnt pass an age(say 3months) and the child will be brought up with a bad life style then it is better off for everyone but i totally agree that this should be no form of birth control and thats how a lot of ppl see it

I am on the pro-choice side of things. And on top of that, no matter how much this topic is debated, it remains the person's decision, not ours. Who are we to tell someone what to do with their body? And it is not cruel to bring a child into this world who won't receive proper care?

I am anti-abortion except in the case of molestation or rape.

If the girl decided to have sex knowing the possible consequences, she can deal with the consequences.

to me, it is sort of a sensitive subject. but i think i would get an abortion if say i had a girl already and wanted a boy and the one on the way was yet another girl. i know thats harsh but i have always imagined having a boy but no more than two kids

It belongs to the mother.
The mother has a responsibility with it and may do what she like with it.
