if people can recreated on an old account, they might have unfair advantage from previous friends who dont realise its not the original person

Looks like they're sending out different dates...
about time! I can finally get back my original petname, and the username that should have been in the first place I would have liked to see them purge some of the more recently frozen accounts as well though, so I could replace my recently lost pets, but this should be fine
ive been checking the accounts and pets i want and nothings been purged yet but ive been having friends come to me saying i got an email for my neopets account and i heard that you sell them, what can i get for it? XD
I have been checking them for the past 2 weeks and nothing happened, rumor say is going to happen tomorrow though
