well the only real disadvantage to AU's list creator is that you must remove all unprofitable items between r100-r95 manually (or let automanagement do it over time), since it will add all items between that rarity range to the list (including the unprofitable ones). The items under r95 will only be added if over your min value and that should work fairly accurately...

yeah the important thing to remember is that the list manager is now used only to manage lists, and you must use the 'Save as list' function to set a list for any specific shop. so if you wanted to switch between two lists for the same shop, you'd have them both saved to memory somewhere and would use the 'Load list' and then 'Save as list' to load and set whichever list you wanted to use for the selected shop.

It's probably best to create your own list right? I'm pretty lazy but I guess i'll have to do that, or just edit the lists of the shops i AB mostly on.

Ok.. I'm getting an error message every time AU tries to buy from the attic/igloo. It will continue to buy/fail etc, but this error message pops up every time... any help?

^ For me, I use AU's list creator, then edit it. Easier than starting with nothing xD

check that you have all the required sound files in your AU sounds folder:
    alert.wav, attempt.wav, chatmsg.wav, fail1.wav, fail2.wav success1.wav, success2.wav

success2.wav and fail2.wav are played for igloo/attic buys and fails so those are probably the oens causing the error

Wow, expon, I haven't been on here for a little bit, and AU has already changed quite a bit. I'm glad that you used some of the suggestions though :)

Is there a guide somewhere on running this program to balance safety and profit?

    neopets-cheating-f80/dreamlorde-s-guide-to-abing-without-getting-frozen-t30714.html?hilit=safe%20autobuying

There's that one.. I've never followed it though. Or read it... There is also these:

    neopets-cheating-f80/the-ultimate-guide-to-not-getting-frozen-abing-t23984.html?hilit=safe%20autobuying

    neopets-guides-f22/every-guide-t804.html?hilit=safe%20autobuying

    neopets-cheating-f80/2-5-million-weekly-t16695.html?hilit=safe%20autobuying

Those are all the ones I could find. I've not read any, cannot vouch for any of them. though, I'm sure they're good due to most guides that members post here are.

My advice: Use your program like a human restocking... And don't sell your items straight away. And if your account looks newbie... Make it look semi decent.... Get a few avatars, userlook-up. Play some games maybe a trophy or two. If someone see's a 70month account selling high end items, that has absolutely nothing else. Report is the first thing they think of.

Hope my advice, or something in those guides helps you :) Goodluck!

Thanks for the links, I'll check those out.

Your advise makes sense, but I'm planning to use my main, which looks pretty good (lots of trophies/Avvies) so I don't really have to worry about that.

....don't AB on an account you'd hate to lose. Also, the withdraw neopoints from bank if carrying less than x on hand doesn't work for me. I've accidentally had 0 np on hand on several occasions and not only does it refresh for extended periods of time without withdrawing, it even attempts buys multiple times, for the same item, with 0 np on hand. These fails are not logged but they do show in the status part.

The manual withdraw is fine, it's the auto-withdraw that doesn't work for me.

As far as I know if you have no connection, you will get an error and then it will stop.

If the net restarts, it wont auto re-start the program unless you manually do it (by clearing the error..)

I think that's what happened when I ran wireless and it cut in and out.

However, the attic doesn't automatically reset from what I've seen?
