My problem is that it wont grab items from the main shops only igloo, and everytime a main shop restocks it gives me an error saying " Unhandled exception error has occured... etc" I know its not my internet cause i have fast internet and i have my firewall down and i turned offf my virus protection. If someone could give me a refund thatd be nice.
Re: Acheteur Ultime 4.98 Check your settings. Perhaps, could you take a screenshot of your settings. It's probably one of the Pause After Restock settings that causes the error. If it's an exception like that, it is usually because one of your settings is invalid.

Re: Acheteur Ultime 4.98 This would have to be settled with by the administrators since I do not have access to that. Possibly PM tharoux or ricky92. I don't know if they will give you a refund because you wanted to 'buy it with points', but that will be up to them.
Re: Acheteur Ultime 4.98 Yeah I messaged Ricky and he said to mail expon about getting my refund Id also like to note that i requested a refund within 48 hours but no one was online to give me it, and when i was contacted they told me to mail someone else. Expon is the last person that can help me as far as i know.

Re: Acheteur Ultime 4.98 Yeah I updated it and it didn't work, couldn't even find the file path anymore. So I uninstalled and got the old version that worked. I only use FF for neopets anyway, use Chrome for normal surfing. ~dirt
Re: Acheteur Ultime 4.98 I have the AU - newest version, and for whatever reason when I log in - It recognizes my neofriends login & authorizes me but then when I get into the chat - it doesn't show me as active or anyone else... If I hit "disconnect" it shows "she_devil101 has been disconnected" but if I reconnect, it goes blank again - Nothing shows up if I type. Does this affect the usage of the program? I've also re-downloaded it and tried on the new download and having the same issue. Any ideas? Thank you
Re: Acheteur Ultime 4.98 Same here devil, it only started earlier today with that problem. It won't have any effect on the program, it was mainly for alerts and chatting, I assume the chat is just down for now. ~dirt

Re: Acheteur Ultime 4.98 The program has trouble converting an empty string (or "") to a Date format (means there must be something corrupt or missing). When does it happen though? If it happens every time you open the program, try deleting some of the log.
