That's really sweet, and I'll comment but...I didn't know you could get sponsored as a Wave boarder...I thought it was just a meaningless little toy XD.
These kids are too cool :yup: They got potential to actually become a boarder Just one thing: Do they really need to be sponsored to improve their skills?
Sponsoring usually means they'll get some gear with a logo on it or something and entries to events and stuff like that. So I guess it doesn't directly lead to improved skills, but it makes them more motivated as they are in competitions and have better gear
I misundertood, totally They actually do need sponsors to get a few entries to events. I thought what they ask for is just money...
Indirectly they get money as they probably would need to pay for entries otherwise I think it's cool they sponsor young talents, my brother has some friends who got sponsored by a local skateshop They would get like a new skateboard every 6 months or so
people bring these up to the skatepark in my town pretty often. they cant really do any tricks on anything which is what ruins it for me. personally, i'll stick to my skateboard Please don't gravedig - Commy
I'm against wave boarding.. I think that skateboarding is way awesomer.. Either way, they are definitly talented at wave-boarding xD. Sorry, but I don't think they will get sponsored.
Those things look wicked fun x.x As for their tricks they're pretty cool but nothing too flashy. They could use some work but they look like they got a lotta potential D:
