Haha, I suppose you could have gone to your parents for the idea? But maybe they would have said "Honey, that's a great idea!" then giggled behind your back. hey noncheatercheater, you'd probably have to make sure that your idea is marketable. I mean, your other invention that was stolen, a form of sun visor, there are many companies that produce sun visors. So there'd have to be some incentive for people to buy your product.
It might not have been stolen (depending on how long its been out) and Invent-Tech was just blowing smoke up my ass by saying it was a great idea to get the few dollars from me.. But I think my new idea is very marketable though!
if its a potentially useful invention, i would definitely get a patent lawyer and whatever you're making, someone somewhere will be able to reverse engineer it
