There is a desert in texas? i thought that it is like a cowboy state with sheriffs and stuff like that.
Isn't Texas where they have those deserts with the big square mountain type things? ^^ probably a misconception...
Me too x3 When I think about Texas, the only things that come to my mind are cowboys and grasslands =P But I'm conscious that is a very modern state... like all the US I think! :/ Oh well x3 I don't know how reply do this... isn't it in all restaurants? =P Btw it's true, but only in the cities with a lot of tourism, this picture is pretty common to see. I'm talking about Rome, Pisa, Florence and maybe others that I didn't see... there are a lot of restaurants and pizzerias with tables out of doors, from which you can see the street, drinking wine and listening to live music (but too often it's played by panhandlers^^'). But it's also the picture that tourists want to see... and you've demonstrated it to me. Especially near to storic centers, the shops, restaurant and so on, adopt tipical images to make more money. Anyway Italy is not only wine and dine XD OMG this video is fantastic!!! Thank you for the link! and it's true in all its parts XD My only doubt is that the other European are not so perfect u.u But the video is for fun and made by an Italian, so it's normal that some situations are a lil' exaggerated x3 Anyway... I've never been to Venice =( But I hope to visit it asap! "That's Amore" XD lol... a very old song that is used also in a tv-commercial^^' I think we are very addicted to the tradition =P Olive oil? Yes... but only in South and Center Italy (in North-Italy they use butter instead of oil... in North-Italy they don't have neither the bread °__°"), anyway we don't use it so much... it's full of calories! x3 Italian pizza is very different... for example I've been to Germany and... they put a lot of ketchup on it!! My gosh, disgusting. Then we have types of very good mozzarella and oil that are difficult to find abroad. I think it's different also the concept of pizza... from us it's a full meal, eaten for dinner. Or you can eat a piece of it for the afternoon snack when you hang out... but it's rare to find who eat pizza in other occasions^^' (except tourists XDD) Then pizza types are full many, and bread also is very different from yours... personally, bread is one of the things I lack most when I'm abroad... togheter with coffee. Anyway... talking about tourists... they're pretty strange x3 Especially the US Americans... at the end of the lunch, when you see them in restaurant, and the waiter asks them if they want coffee, they always reply "nope, a cappuccino" !! Oh gosh I think it's terrible drink a cappuccino after you've eaten °___° How the hell they can drink it? XD And another funny thing it's their dinner time... you can see them sitting in the restaurant at 6 p.m. ' Or maybe spending more time doing photos with the Pisa's leading tower than visiting it =P
In the U.S. .. well there's a lot. People think we're uh fat? Well come on guys, do a sport. And more ....
