Are you ever too old to learn piano?

    one of my friends is teaching herself a composition by Beethoven
    and there is not limit to age i think (unless you have arthritis)
    if you really want to do something badly, the sky's the limit!

    You're never too old to learn piano however, i think it helps to start young. I started when I was about 4, but then I quit.

    Yes, it's possible to self teach. I didn't remember a thing about how to play after 8 years, but now I'm re-teaching myself.

    its like a passion of mine to play the piano. ive never learned how to play yet i can play songs from bands such as something corporate and coldplay. and i have self taught myself on some of the songs. so if you really want to play, i say go for it, its never too late to learn how to play.

    Well I'm sort of learning keyboard, I find the biggest challenge is finding time for it.
    I guess it would be a lot easier wen you're younger, you have all the free time in the world.
    But its definitely not impossible

    i read something about on efamous gus who wrote a renowned piano method
    started piano relatively late in life
    like 20s
    also if its not your career
    its relaxing and no need to go extra hard on it
